A2.The Tanyu wall printer offers a printing speed of approximately 2 to 6 m² per hour, depending on the selected image quality and resolution settings.
In practice, a speed of around 2 to 3 m² per hour provides the best balance between efficiency and high-quality output.

A3:Printed images are highly durable. Tanyu wall printers use UV-curable ink, which is waterproof, fade-resistant, and long-lasting. On indoor surfaces, prints can last for 10-15 years or more without fading or peeling. On outdoor walls, lifespan depends on environmental conditions, but additional coating can be applied for protection.

A4:Yes. Our UV ink is non-toxic, low-odour, and environmentally friendly. It cures instantly under UV light, making it safe for use in homes, offices, schools, hospitals, and children's rooms. No harmful fumes or long drying times are involved.
To support safety compliance, we provide certification documents verifying that our ink is harmless to health and meets international environmental standards. Feel free to request the certificate during your purchase or consultation.

A5:Tanyu wall printer printhead is equipped with two ultrasonic distance sensors that continuously detect the distance between the printhead and the wall as the machine moves.
These sensors automatically adjust the print height in real time to adapt to uneven wall surfaces. The system can handle sudden surface bumps over 1 cm or gradual inclines of 3–4 cm, and responds within 2 cm before contact to ensure precise and distortion-free image output.

A6:Yes, wall prints can be removed depending on the type of surface.
On glass, the print can be easily scraped off using a ceramic cooktop scraper or a razor blade.
On painted walls, you can simply paint over the print with two or three coats of regular wall paint.
On wood, removal usually requires light sanding.
For tougher surfaces like metal, brick, or concrete, methods such as sandblasting, cork blasting, dry ice blasting, or glass bead blasting are typically used.

A7:Each standard wall printer package includes:

A8:The TPP1000, TWF1000, TMP1000 model uses Epson DX7 or I1600 printheads by default.
Tanyu is officially authorized by Epson China. We also support custom configurations, including Epson I3200 and Ricoh G6 industrial printheads.

A13:We use professional RIP software: Ultraprint and BetterPrinter, which allow you to manage image scaling, color control, and ink usage with precision.

A14:Yes. Refill function/memory when, for example, power or ink runs out Ink refilling needs to be done manually. If you use a laptop, it has a power-off memory function.
As long as the computer is not powered off, the printing process will be recorded, and the machine can continue printing after the power is restored.

A15:Yes, our wireless models support Wi-Fi connectivity for convenient file transfer and remote control. Contact us to learn more about wireless options.

A16:The main consumption of UV ink, a square ink consumption about 6～8ml, printing costs $0.3 per square meter. Before and after printing processing paint a square cost about $1 to 3. Labor and maintenance costs not included.

A17:The UV ink can print about 100 square meters before it is refilled. You can see in detail how much ink is used to print a work, down to the details of how much ink is used for each of the five colors.
Our software displays real-time ink usage and includes a low-ink warning system to prevent interruptions.

A18:The return on investment (ROI) depends on how actively you market your services. On average, our clients charge $80–$180 per square meter, and many reach break-even in 2 to 4 months. With minimal staff required, margins remain high.

A19:Not yet. Wall printing is still a new and emerging niche in many regions. In most areas, there are few or no direct competitors, making it a perfect time to enter the market early and establish your brand.

A22:For the print head, one is for white print, the other is for color print.
If you are printing on a white wall, the print head for white color and ink do not need to be used. You can set it on the screen. If you are printing on a dark wall, the two print heads will work together, and they are staggered. The white ones are sprayed first, and the colored ones are sprayed later.
In the case of one head, printing on dark surfaces may not be possible. The second head is responsible for creating a white background for the print.

A23:Our machine itself is designed for large-format wall decoration. It can expand the printing size while retaining the printing accuracy as much as possible.
The built-in RIP printing software can accurately mix colors and plan the injection points of ink to ensure the printed pictures have vibrant colors and HD resolution, and create stunning visual art.If the maximum printing range of the machine is exceeded, you can complete the printing by stitching printing

A24:Yes, our technology allows for image stitching both vertically and horizontally, enabling the creation of larger overall print sizes. This process involves precise image editing and extra setup time to guarantee that your images align perfectly. By leveraging image stitching, you can significantly expand the dimensions of your print, offering unlimited potential for your creative projects.

A25:Our wall printers are capable of printing on slightly curved surfaces, with the feasibility depending on both the image size and the curvature of the surface. While our tracks are engineered for straight-line use, the printer itself does not track along curves. This means that for certain curved surfaces, successful printing is achievable, offering flexibility beyond flat surfaces for your creative projects
