What is floor printer?

What’s better inkjet or laser?

Inkjet printers are better because the technology is more mature, so the machine has a lower failure rate, and the parts of inkjet printers are cheaper, which will reduce your cost of use.

Which print quality is best?

What is the difference between laser and inkjet?

The machine is built differently depending on how it works. Laser printing uses lasers, ink-jet printing uses ink.

Can you print directly on wood?

Yes,It can be printed directly on wood without any processing.

What kinds of floors I can print on with TWF1000 floor printer?

TWF1000 floor printer can print on Wood floor, cement, ceramic tile, asphalt road, brick, lime, Epoxy resin for packing lot etc…

What should I do with the substrate before and after printing?

Need in cement, asphalt and other rough surface coated with a layer of white epoxy sealing agent, to increase the adhesion of ink. A special coating needs to be sprayed before printing on materials such as tiles, acrylics and plastics. Or after printing, a layer of epoxy transparent varnish must be applied to increase the firmness of the image. In the parking space with epoxy primer, TWF1000 floor printer can be printed directly, and a coat of varnish can be applied after printing.

What type of ink does the floor printer use, and is it a common ink? Where can I buy it?

The floor printer uses special ink. You can order ink from us and we will fedex it to your residence. We can also recommend alternative inks that you can purchase locally.

What consumables does a floor printer need besides ink?

You’ll need to replace the print head and baffle, which are regular consumables for floor printers. We will include other spare parts for the printer in your first order.

How long does this image last indoors and outdoors?

We use very high quality ink so that the ink is colorfast for at least 10-15 years indoors and at least 5-8 years outdoors.

Is the image scratch resistant? And waterproof?

Yes, with epoxy clear varnish, the image on the ground is scratch resistant. We tested it on tires in the parking lot, and it rolled, no problem. The image is waterproof after printing.

What type of print head does the floor printer use?

Epson DX7 printhead or DX10 printhead.

Can I ship the floor printer easily?

Yes, the machine can be taken apart. You can move it part by part. It’s very easy to carry.

Do I need travel batteries?

For outdoor printing, we strongly recommend that you have a travel battery of at least 180 Ah, which can support the printer for 4 hours.

Can the ink resist UV outdoor?

Yes, the UV ink can resist UV light outdoors.

Can I receive training after I get the floor printer?

Why are some floor printers so cheap and others so expensive?

If you have a requirement for wall printing quality, you will buy the floor printer twice after buying the cheap one. Cheap printers are not profitable enough for manufacturers to make a stable and well-run machine, nor will they provide you with adequate security and after-sales service. You’ll get caught up in endless disputes.

While some suppliers offer very expensive prices, their machines look very good, so that customers think that the expensive price represents good quality and service, but many trading companies can not provide customers with technical support services, and the high price is only because of their pursuit of high profits.
